is this judge recall-able?

Meanwhile elsewhere in white, Christian America. A mother lets her 8 yr old walk the family dog around the block only to find uniformed, armed officers and state child protective services knocking on her door.
Too bad the 3yr old black muslim kid had no protection from his killer even though the FBI was supposedly hunting for them for weeks as a kidnapping. Or, the 11 black muslim kids that were starving for weeks didn't have any level of protection to feed them.

Vote him out in 2020. A typical Rat protecting terrorists. Now will voters remember this in 2020? Of course not.

Hmmm... let's all tread lightly on this one for the moment.
There could be a Grand Jury impaneled with this case in front of them right now...or....
The State may have been asked sotto voce to defer to the Feds in such a way that a 'surprise' release was part of the 'ask'. Think about it.

I'm not a lawyer, don't know the judge nor much about NM law but my take is a bit different than most here.
Whether law or tradition, or law, a hearing for cause must be held within 10 days. In New Mexico, but I suspect similar procedures exist elsewhere.
No hearing, not the judges fault. Look to the prosecutor. Who may have well have a reason
A reason? Other articles, and I think this one, state that the 10 day thingie has nothing to do with grand jury indictments. It's possible they're still developing evidence though I acknowledge I'm very uncomfortable with these guys out on the street. Hopefully an indictment will be forthcoming.

So now, you can murder people in New Mexico and then just go hide for ten days and get away with it?

I realize its a freeper tradition whereby forum members refuse to read the article much less do background research and prefer instead to light the torches and hit the cobblestones tromping towards the metaphorical Bastille under keyboard glow
The real culprit in this is the naturally very liberal New Mexico Supreme Court who instituted by judicial fiat this TEN DAY RULE which in all likelyhood Im guessing was promoted by the immigration argument
The judges did what the law proscribed
Why the lady judge granted bond of twenty thousand is another matter
These folks can be recharged this isnt an acquital

Dems are behind most school shootings. Bringing these people to court would have started to reveal that, this the dismissal.

The prosecutor is at fault here, and the multiple judges involved did the right thing. Why did routine paperwork not get filed in time? Are they lazy? Or stupid? Or maybe they didn't want to inconvenience any muslims? Or maybe he just thought “we are law enforcement and we can do anything we want”. I am as suspicious of muslims as anyone else, but we can't suspend the rules just because they are muslims. That would make us as bad as they are. The prosecutor needs to held accountable for this mistake, not the judges.
