How long can Governor Ducey delay the announcement by law? He has a primary election this Tuesday!

I don’t believe he’s required to name a replacement at all, although that would be politically foolish. Ducey has already said a replacement won’t be announced until after the funeral, which might be a week away and after Tuesday’s primary.
