This cop had all the dam- help he needed with the other civilian assisting him. He turns his head to his right to make the comment. He darn sure sure was in control of the suspect. I saw the Fox video. I do not use twitter, google, or any of the “daily caller” video log ins as they sell every darn thing they can.
