A Houston police officer asked a woman in a security guard uniform to help him arrest an unruly suspect in a gas station, but the woman chose to record the arrest on her phone rather than help the police officer.
The officer was attempting to arrest 17-year-old Davon Shavelle Miller, whom he pulled over because he was allegedly driving a car connected to an aggravated robbery and shooting, according to the Houston Police Department.
Miller got out of the car and tried to flee the scene before the officer chased him down and tackled him. “Stop grabbing my cuffs,” the officer can be heard saying as he sits on top of Miller.
A nearby woman repeatedly screamed “stop resisting” and “it’s not worth your life” to the young boy as the officer attempted to keep his arms down.
“He’s trying to kill me!” Miller yells.
“No he is not, stop resisting,” she repeats.
An unidentified man was attempting to help the officer when another woman emerged from her car dressed in a security guard uniform, holding her phone out and appearing to record the situation.

Once upon a time that was kinda how it spose to be.Men protected the women. Women didn’t then slap them for it after the danger was gone.
He is a ‘young boy” if he is a Teen and sympathy for the perp is desired.

To be fair when I worked security my company did not want us to touch or manhandle anyone for fear of being hit with a lawsuit, observe and report was our job, however videotaping in this regard was classless I agree.

(Some called that the Equal Employment Commission, some called it the Eventual Elimination Of Caucasians...you decide) That agreement was in exchange for the DoJ dropping some sort of anti-trust suit against AT&T. At the time, AT&T was the largest non-government employer in the free world, so once the social engineers brought AT&T to heel, all the other corporations fell meekly in line....as did us workers...who needed those jobs...to put food on the tabnle...cloths on the kids...put them through school....

I must be the exception, I know I am. I am 5’4”, 105 lbs. and super feminine, except I have more spine than many creampuff men I have seen running from trouble or watching from the sidelines. At the same time, the police have cooked their own goose by shooting indiscriminately, not waiting til tomorrow to arrest someone, and acting like bullies. Here you got a male cop asking a woman for help? What? She is going to get in the ring with two guys? I don’t think so.

If he was trying to kill you he would have ran you over when he drove up and just claimed you were a threat that any reasonable officer would recognize.

Sorry for my OT #47, but I hate to see decent people beat themselves up over stuff they really had little or no control over.
More realistically, grab the perp by the back of the neck and use body weight to hold the head still. It distracts the perp, slows his body movement, and is unlikely to cause serious damage.
It won’t go viral for beating an arrestee, either.
I read yesterday they already fired her at the request of the police union.
She came in at about 250#, she could have just sat on his legs and helped quite a bit.

It sounds to me like she was trying to protect the cop. She told the feral to stop resisting. And maybe she was filming to make sure Darvon couldn’t claim some BS story about police brutality.

This cop had all the dam- help he needed with the other civilian assisting him. He turns his head to his right to make the comment. He darn sure sure was in control of the suspect. I saw the Fox video. I do not use twitter, google, or any of the “daily caller” video log ins as they sell every darn thing they can. You see what I have seen at about every place in Nashville where a security type is. Most seem to be older and either frail or extremely obese. Granted some look fit, trim, and muscular. they are the exception. TY.
