If there is criminality by Trump, let's hear about it.
Cohen lying about imaginary crimes will affect nothing. Real crimes, real consequences, but I don't think he can produce anything against Trump.
With the Manafort trial possibly going against him, Mueller may be looking for the exits. A plea deal with Cohen would be one of them.
Cohen hired Russian taxi drivers.
This is suspiciously close to a possible bad bit of news on Manafort.
That suggests the jury in Manafort is wrapping it up and Mueller is nervous.
I grew up in New York city and knew about Trump since the early 1980s. In all that time I have never ever ever ever once heard even a rumor of him doing anything even remotely shady. Probably the worst rumor being that he dealt with the Mafia which was pretty much a requirement in New york city in the 1970s, 1980s if you wanted any construction done, but nothing other than that. I came to the conclusion Trump just does not break the law because he is not the kind of guy who likes to leave himself vulnerable, he likes to watch his ass and as a result they can investigate him for the next 50 years, they are never ever ever going to find even a parking ticket on this guy. Giving money to a whore to shut her mouth about a BJ she gave him 12 years ago is not a crime and that’s all they are ever going to get from him and I can imagine it’s driving the left and Mueller nuts.
Well, if the deal is good enough he will no doubt make something up...
I thought Cohen was offering up payoffs to 2 women to keep them from damaging the campaign. Is making payoffs to keep your campaign from sinking illegal under campaign law?
