A U.S. court on Monday ruled the Trump administration could not enforce an updated policy barring certain transgender people from serving in the U.S. military, becoming the second court in the country to rule against the government since it unveiled the policy in March.
Trump announced on March 23 that he would endorse a plan by Defense Secretary Jim Mattis to restrict the military service of transgender people who experience a condition called gender dysphoria. The policy replaced an outright ban on transgender service members that Trump announced last year on Twitter, citing concern over military focus and medical costs.
U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in Washington denied a request by the administration to lift an injunction she had issued against Trump's original ban.

I’d prefer that Trump arrest this judge for treason and make him stand before a military tribunal on those charges. Barring that, ignore that judge.
(I can’t wait for FR’s hand-wringers and weenies to show up and tell us that ignoring an out-of-control judge would upset the propaganda media, and we can’t do that.)
In the UK there’s a case where a pre-op transgender “woman” (XY biological male with all the parts, what we used to call a transvestite) was placed in a women’s prison. Sexually assaulted 4 women and was “visibly aroused” per the report.
But yet we’re supposed to think this is OK, that if you don’t want someone like this alone in the Women’s room with your 14 year old, there’s something wrong with YOU!
And it’s ridiculous to place people with this level of mental issues in the military. Combat is incredibly stressful already, why add those issues into the mix?
The Left is driving us insane as a society.
Trump needs to tell them, “I have a constitutional mandate to command the armed forces, and you do not have the right to tell me how to command the military.” Or maybe some other way to say “screw you”.

These flipping judges are out of control.
Seriously, something needs to be done to curtail these wannabe dictators.
Wonder if Kollar-Kotelly applied for the job multiple times? 
But combat is a big part of the problem...the trannies don’t go...they stay stateside where the specialized doctors and hospitals are...they have to be constantly under the supervision of a specialized doctor for their treatment and drugs...they are on a regime of drugs that excuses them from most duty and they would be on light duty at most from day one...even none at all...
they probably wouldn’t even do basic due to their drugs...who knows dizzy spells, nausea physical limitations the works...incapacitation and yet theyre in the military...
and of course they don’t go overseas theyre not fit for duty and combat...once they have their operation and recover for months and are finally after 2 years declared fit for regular duty they will get out of the military...
and whos to stop them ??? theres no regs on this as yet...

Tell the courts to go to hell, the President is the commander in chief and he will make the decisions regarding military readiness. Let the courts use their armies to enforce their rulings.
Note to Trump: Tell these arrogant upstart district court judges to go pound sand.
DACA wasn't even an executive order.
It was a MEMO - kind of like a note from 0bama's mom or doctor, saying it was OK to amnesty to illegals.
Trump owes it to his Oath of Office to SLAP THIS DAMNED JUDGE THE HELL DOWN!
