This time-limit discussion comes up often with the Supreme Court, and gets dismissed. I think until it gets settled with the House/Senate with limitations....this will continue on. Personally, I think a 8-year appointment ought to be set, with a 2-year optional appointment if the President wanted to retain their services.

In Ginsburg’s case...I don’t think she’ll make that five-year challenge.

We already have the Deep State trying to run out the clock on our ELECTED representatives.

Term limits will allow Strzok, Rosenstein, et. al. to ignore Congress and the President with impunity.

The problem with setting term limits is you lose the good with the bad, the fit and healthy with the frail and demented.
