I have seen some media clips of her on Fox. When they shake her head it sounds like a can of nuts with just 2 nuts in it.
Prior to running and winning a primary election for a Congressional seat she was a bartender, so I would have to admit that her math skills, at least as far as adding and subtracting are probably OK.
