re -- Durbin defending the inborn -- Durbin is the poster child for politicians changing their positions to shamelessly advance their personal gain.

In 1982, in his first run for congress, he proudly touted his right to life position to get elected. He's from central Illinois and even today, republicans still have at least a chance to get elected downstate. Unfortunately Illinois was taken over by Chicago influence many years ago, so Dicky has conveniently switched to keep his career going as he now needs the whole state since he's a senator. We have zero chance of defeating him ever. .
