I would ask for solitary if they gave me nothing at all.

There’s no way I would want to mingle with the general population.

If this wasn’t his request, then it should definitely be looked into.

Who ordered it? Why did they order it? How long has it been going on? How long did they plan on this continuing?

If this wasn’t of his doing, heads should roll.

“It’s how everyone would be treated if the Dems take control”

Slight correction: It’s how the deplorables would be treated...

This is the end of the line for American “democracy”.

The President’s campaign manager thrown into a hole over...an allegation of coordinating with witnesses.

An allegation. On 7 year old charges that nobody cared about until Mueller thought he could hype it up to overthrow the Presidency.

What Mueller really wants is for Manafort to have no way to defend himself. See how he accuses the President of “obstruction” simply for defending himself in public.

In Mueller’s diseased mind, as soon as he accuses you, you’re supposed to throw yourself on his mercy and beg for lenience. Everyone else are “little people” and Big Bob is God the Vengeful Prosecutor.

Note that the “judge” in this case is just as culpable. Amy Berman Jackson is a far left activist and should be acting out of decency and telling the prosecutors to f themselves, but she has not - she has gone along with every extreme move Mueller has made, unlike Judge Ellis who clearly saw through Mueller’s malpractice and called him out.

It is unheard of that someone accused of paperwork crimes like this is treated this way, and even more seriously not a political campaign mgr accused of unrelated crimes.

This is a political persecution of the worst kind, everything American democracy was not supposed to be - and clearly Mueller is doing it all for his own benefit: he and his buddy Comey were not invited to be in this administration.

Someone on this thread said they did this to Manning. Um, Manning was credibly accused of ESPIONAGE in releasing classified information which could have put people in danger. It’s entirely different. Manning was also active duty military - he knew exactly what the implications were. Manafort’s dodgy business practices of a decade ago aren’t even in the same category.

There’s no excuse for what is happening now. If there is, then the Podesta’s, the Clinton’s, Imran Awan and the entire DNC belong in solitary.

Seen any of them even so much as indicted for jaywalking by this Rat party “Justice” department?

It's been a real eye-opener to follow this case:

a) they string along a multi-year investigation of Manafort, probably just so they can use him as bait for FISA warrants and other eavesdropping;

b) they exceed their authority vis a vis the scope of the 'Russia' investigation;

c) they withhold exculpatory evidence, as they have in almost all other high profile Federal cases;

d) they accuse Manafort of 'witness tampering' to force him to cut-off all business contacts (or frighten off those contacts), driving Manafort's business into the ground;

e) they have his bail denied on the same trumped up charges;

All to get him to turn on Trump.

And all apparently 'legal' according to the judge in the case.

Manafort should have fled the country and asked for political asylum.

What crime has he been convicted of and why was he denied bail for a civil offense? This is the kind of thing you find in a police state. Illegal aliens are treated better than this.

Does Paul Manafort have any kids? Is he being stripped away from his kids????

This is really an outrage, like the Clive Bundy thing, and Robinson.

Wake up Jeff!

lots of uninterupted time to get to know or get right with The LORD.

Prayers for Paul that God lifts him up and out of past and current stuff in a way that shows the glory of God and opens the eyes of evil minded people behind it.

They may figure that if he were murdered by another prisoner, the gleeful reaction in the media and by the Democrats would make Mueller look bad.

The president could do what Mueller did to unconstitutionally imprison Manafort. And that is find a judge.

Trump could and should get a judge to issue a Release Order. Then send Federal Marshalls to escort Manafort out of jail and have him home by supper time.

Exactly right.

And the fact is that Manafort is being treated like this NOW, while Republicans are in charge.

Where is the great Trey Gowdy? Where is hizzoner Ted Cruz?

Where in the eff are the defenders of liberty?

Where are our warriors who will demand Mueller be treated just the same?

They’re with Trump so long as Trump is useful to them but will throw him to the wolves the second he ceases to be. Manafort’s useful to nobody right now - hence his imprisonment.

Next thing you know Mueller will get him on bread and water until he agrees to lie about Trump.

Thanks Jeff.
