The Little Red Schoolhouse, a costly private school in Manhattan, is ending a controversial policy where students were separated into homerooms by race. The school’s director says the policy, put in place over the last year, was supposed to help students find social support, while critics called it reminiscent of segregation.

Hilarious.
A LIBERAL school segregating so the minority students won’t feel outnumbered or threatened by all those white kids.
Part of the learning experience for minority children is making an effort to assimilate. You don’t have to give up who you are at home, but during the school day, focus on the work and on making friends, not ‘how many others look just like me?’
If this practice was implemented once in this day and age, it may be brought back again, but under a different description or justification.
Wonder what brought this into the light and how they got away with doing it - and no one said a thing until 2018?

Wow. What a pathetic social experiment that was. I only believe in Catholic schools run by the strictest of standards or homeschooling at this point. Secular private schools are just as messed up as public.
I know a lot of people who went to that school. It’s a hotbed of Communism for sure.

The Little Red Schoolhouse has created a problem where none existed...it’s all about race and it’s the white kids’ fault.
Must indoctrinate ALL the kids by demonstrating that ‘whites are the problem’ very early, before they know how to decide for themselves.
You have to do this with intent - because kids are innocent and willing to make friends with others, no matter their differences.
Bottom line, it’s the adults who are the problem. This is NO DIFFERENT than the parents who decide their boy is a girl - then dress him like one!

When I attended elementary school in Detroit in the mid to late 1960’s, they started busing in black kids from neighborhoods miles away for some crazy reason. There were about six or seven of them and I still remember some of their names. I remember that I felt sad for them because they were pulled away from their familiar environment and other friends, and were forced to assimilate in a totally strange new location.
So, the failures were separated so they wouldn’t compare themselves to the successes. All this so they can deny that there are racial disparities in intelligence.
It’s called that because the building is red.
But yeah it was founded by a pair of likely-Communist lesbians.
