IMHO, civil war isn’t going to happen until the feral urban dwellers attempt to forcibly take over and occupy the suburbs en-mass via home invasion and open season on whites in their own houses.

Mistake to think a civil war would be only political, like between Trump and Killary people. It will be racial, cultural (rednecks going after annoying hipsters and gays, etc and vice-versa) financial, and just plain old payback time for people who’ve held gtudges for years in some cases.
