Yes..., he did. Look, I’m not fan of his, but he’s too feeble to address those jerks.
I give her high marks for her amazing courage. She didn’t back down one inch. She was in their faces.
So while I defend McConnell for being too feeble to be useful here, it begs to reason if he’s too feeble to be useful in the Senate? The answer is a resounding no.
That man needs to stand down and let someone else take his place.
If he’s too feeble to address some kids wearing baseball caps backward, he’s too feeble to control the Senate. He needs to get out.
I’m no fan of his wife either although she was willing to do the work her man was unwilling to do, lol.

Indeed - I have to question why the US Senate Majority Leader, not to mention a Cabinet Secretary, would not have better security detail than what they appeared to have in the video.
As far as this vote, we are almost into July - we have the appointment which may not come for a couple of weeks, then the vetting, the Senate meetings, the hearings, debate, etc. "Fall" could be September which is not really that far off. 2-3 months appears to be about average for nominations to confirmation...not sure why we are suddenly thinking this is somehow a long period of time as compared to other nominations.
Samuel Alito: Nominated 10/31/2005 - confirmed 1/31/2006
Sonia Sotomayor: Nominated May 2009; confirmed August 2009
Elena Kagan: Nominated 5/10/2010; confirmed 8/5/2010
Neil Gorsuch: Nominated 1/31/2017; confirmed 4/7/2017
I don't understand the comments re: a nomination that will probably be made in July being confirmed "in the fall" is somehow an outrageous period of time that people are acting like it is unheard of and McConnell is doing something sinister.
