Heller was born in Castro Valley, California, to Janet (née MacNelly) and Charles Alfred “Jack” Heller, a stock car driver. He is a longtime resident of Carson City, having moved there with his family at the age of 9 months.[1]
He graduated from Carson High School in 1978,[2] and was accepted into the University of Southern California, he earned his bachelor of business administration, specializing in finance and securities analysis, from the USC Marshall School of Business in 1985.[3] While a student at USC, Heller joined the Sigma Nu social fraternity.[4]
Prior to entering politics, Heller worked as an stockbroker, and as a broker/trader on the Pacific Stock Exchange, from 1983–88. He then served as the Chief Deputy State Treasurer in the Nevada Office of the State Treasurer, from 1988-90.[5]

I’ve never voted him, including in the pres election. I don’t know anyone who’s ever voted for him. But it’s completely a rigged game in AZ and there is nearly no point in voting. If our votes mattered, they wouldn’t let us do it.

Yuppers to that. This is when I notified the local GOP I was quitting the team. These two stabbed the voters and the GOP in the back on Illegal Immigration. Last straw. Then we discovered the GOPe was colluding with the DNC. Wonder if Trump can do a special investigation into GOP collusion with the DNC??
