While generally cautious about criticizing Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on the Clinton-emails investigation, Trump supporters have taken aim at its chief logical flaw: Although key investigators harbored anti-Trump and pro-Clinton bias, and even made statements indicating an intention to act on that bias, the IG did not find that this bias was the proximate cause of any particular investigative decision.
This conclusion is easy to rebut; I did so myself in a column last week. Yet, the Trump camp should also be embracing it. Why? Because if this is the Justice Department’s position, then Special Counsel Robert Mueller has no business investigating the president for obstruction.
The IG’s rationale has been vulnerable to attack because of the way it has been distorted by FBI director Christopher Wray and congressional Democrats. They blithely assert that the IG found no bias in the FBI’s decision-making. That claim insults our intelligence.

Did Comey not assert publicly that he took certain actions in order to provoke a special counsel investigation just prior to the appointment of said investigator’s appointment?

It won’t even come close to ending the Witch Hunt. Mueller could care less about the corruption and bias surrounding him and his investigation. He is accountable to no one.
Anything that comes out of this is rotten fruit from a poisoned tree and they know it.
The proximate cause was the false document and the fisa warrant. Totally contrived by Obama, HRC, and the democratic party. Facilitated by Comey, Rosenstien, and the POS DOJ prosecuter.

Worth a read. McCarthy’s logical argument completely destroys any “obstruction” case Mueller might bring against President Trump, by demanding that Mueller use the same guiding principles that the IG has just used to conclude that there is no evidence of political bias in decisions re: Clinton email investigations. He suggests that Congressional investigators pose how it is that the IG must give FBI/DoJ officials the benefit of the doubt on the reasons for their decisions, but the Mueller is not bound by the same doctrine. Is Horowitz wrong or Mueller? (Of course, Mueller has not charged DJT with anything at this point).
But hey, let’s all worry about a few kids with criminal parents and paint them as “victims”

If Trump has the Authority to decide what is prosecuted and what is not, he should order Sessions to investigate the FBI’s investigation of hillary and a whole bunch more. If he refuses, he’s fired
I hope Trump sics some highly capable private investigators on Sessions and find out what the deep state has on him.
Finally, I want to know who called McCain and told him to send his chief of staff to go to England no pick up the Steele dossier. When in fact we know it was hand deliver to the WH. McCain getting involved was at attempt to make it legitimate.
