I would say that if democRATs win, the state should not certify the results until the judge can prove that all votes are legally registered voters.

By law you have to be an American citizen to be eligible to vote. Only citizens are legally allowed to vote. Yet now she’s saying you can’t ask for evidence of that eligibility to vote.
Maybe I’m off base, but don’t we citizens have standing g to countersue, based on being disenfranchised if our votes are diluted by illegal voters? Has anyone ever sued based on this? I’m sure I’m.not the first person to ever think it’s not right that illegal alien voters can dilute the count of legal voters.

States can keep doing it. Just keep doing it. States are in charge of overseing their elections and ensuring the validity of the vote. Fedgov cannot tell them they cannot do what they are required to do, namely ensure a valid election by verifying legitimate voters.

She is a Federal Judge. Are you familiar with the procedures for impeaching a Federal District Judge who has a lifetime appointment? What Kansans can do is to vote for Conservative Senators who will ensure that Lefties like her will not be confirmed. That means that Senator Roberts needs to go away.

Every state I have lived in requires a picture ID to vote. Why would Kansas be under different rules than Ohio, Illinois and Arkansas?
