>>The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides that [t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Exactly.
In England, kings who objected to anyone’s criticism of them would issue a “General Warrant”, meaning that the King’s lawyers could investigate a person in search of a crime.
Our FF wanted to be sure this practice was not allowed in their newly founded country.
But alas, now the wealthy oligarchs seem to have their U.S. government lackeys in place to do exactly that.
FILL-in-the-blank subpoenas......I am sure that is what the founders had in mind.
Do you have a link to that mold infestation? I cure my own olives. It takes about two months, but they are wonderful. I buy Greek kalamata olives by the gallon whenever on sale at local ethnic store. Israel also exports kalamata olives by the pint in olive oil and vinegar. Very good. Palestinians never do that. ;)

You love them as much as I do! My comrade, lol : ) I’ve not thought about curing them before, that sounds interesting. A few years back, my husband bought an olive tree but it never produced any olives.
I only know about the mold infestation because the Greek Food Store owner told me about it when I went to buy some and there weren’t any available. He makes several trips to Greece each year, and his business also makes their own olive oil and ships it back here on the boats.
I used to buy them in larger than gallon barrels, but I’ve too often found them not to be as fresh, and began buying in smaller barrels, which seems to better.
I just soak them in water to get some of the excess salt out, and eat them before I get a chance to brine them, lol.
The Greeks know how to “do” olives!
Cheers,
K.
MuleHead is going down
I actually think he’s good for trump now
Everyone including rabid Dems know after a year there’s nothing
Come election time we have a clear deep state enemy
Everyone knows it and rallies
It’s perfect
Why is it that in every picture of little Bobby Mueller I’ve seen, he’s wearing a rubber, John Kerry Halloween mask?
He knows that inflicting this much pain on innocent people will bother Trump so much that Trump will either comply to questioning or force him to fire Mueller. Ether one is an impeachment trap in my opinion.
Kalamata olives are certainly a treat.
But what I like best of all are those big, meaty Cerignola olives.
You like the Cerignolas? They are big and meaty, for sure, but this girl loves her Greek olives best! LOL ; )
Have you tried the Cerignolas stuffed with garlic? A “different” sort of taste.
I better stop talking olives now, because this is the Q thread. Last time, those plastic owls took us on a wild chase!
: )
OOPS. Got my threads mixed up. It’s not the Q thread. Sorry. Carry on, then. : )
“There have been a whole bunch of guilty pleas by other people. Obviously some crimes were committed.”
BS...those were pragmatic plea bargains in the face of financial ruin at the hands of a true despot. And the pleas have been lying to the FBI. This is the same FBI that records nothing, and produces a synopsis of your conversations with them. This is the same FBI that has been caught red-handed in lies and plots to frame people.
No, it is far from obvious that ANY crimes were committed.
This sound super shady but even so, it will cause damage before the mess can be cleaned up.
Drive-by prosecution?
The only reason he has them is because Manafort was given the names in the indictment for discovery, A PERFECTLY LEGAL TRADITION IN WESTERN LAW TO FACE YOUR ACCUSERS.
Now Mueller has to CYA like crazy and subpoena and gag all those names and claim he’s extending the investigation.
Mueller needs to go.
Blank subpoenas? That sounds irregular as hell.
Issuing them in blank is how it’s normally done. They are issued by clerks, not judges. If they judge gets involved at all, it is just to order the clerk to issue them. The Judge will spend all of ten seconds considering the matter. It has about as much significance as if you ordered 150 blank checks from your bank to use for your checking account.
Oh tell this power hungry idiot to go pound sand.
Geez louise...
Do you have the good on him or not?
If not by now, drop dead.
yup, thats what they do, any discrepancy they regard as perjury.
I agree. Arrest Mueller for treason on the grounds that he is using the power of the Special Prosecutor to impede the function of President.
Let’s see whom he subpoenas.
Other than Flynn saying he “lied”, who else pled guilty and to WHAT crimes?? Do tell us.
