Not really. I believe the requirement to cover pre-existing conditions covers all healthcare insurance companies, not just those offering policies through the exchanges.
Trump has said he’s coming out with new health plans this month. Be patient. He’s a busy man, winning for us in so many ways.
And if others dont want that, they shouldnt have to pay for it.
You keep sounding like someone who is happy transgender reassignment surgery being force-covered. After all, tons of people are very, very happy with it.
You are a liberal.
It's not going to be decided before November. And even if it was, and if it did strike down Obamacare completely, there is no way Congress could get a solution through. The Republicans are too divided and the Democrats have no motivation to solve it before the election.
Also, in the event the courts made a decision, Trump, not the Democrats, would have the greatest prominence and capacity for decision. His natural instinct would be to try to seize the initiative and steal the pre-existing condition issue from the Democrats. I would not bet against his being able to pull it off.
Pull it off how?
And you sound like someone who doesn't care if the Democrats take the House and/or the Senate in November.
Yes he did. It was due a week or so ago. We'll see what he comes up with.
I wouldn’t say really popular. It gets 100% biased good press. There are preexisting conditions that cost a million dollars a month. Those need to go into a pool, not paid by my insurance company. Likewise I donate to charity care centers where doctors volunteer for special cases. I don’t need or want to be forced to pay this via premiums. My payments for low overhead and doctor volunteer time is far more cost effective.
I would explain that if they expect to get everything they vote for, they will end up with shit.
Trump could publicly bludgeon Congress to act, blame the Democrats if they fail to do so, and then use his administrative powers to fashion an immediate, stop-gap remedy.
I think it's far more than "biased good press". It was a truly popular Obamacare clause, one that provided a feeling of security for those getting healthcare coverage. There was nothing manufactured in its popularity.

High risk pools, where offered, were an unpopular alternative. They were limited in what they would cover and extremely expensive to buy. Saying that we should go back to that is just another proposal that plays into the Democrats hands.
Because someone doesn't support transgender surgery means they have principles, not "be a RINO and win" as you suggest.
Although it is probably pointless to tell you this, I will say it so everyone else understands. Forcing me to pay for someone's million-dollar-a-month treatment means I am a slave to them. I already voluntarily pay for charity care, but I do it because it is extremely cost effective. In general, abandoning all principles of free choice and free markets means we end up losing what makes America great.
As outrageous and stupid as that is, the press will buy into it and DEMAND ANSWERS on why every comment, every nuance, every thought wasn't accomplished within the first two years....
I believe at one point Trump said he would have Obamacare replaced by February 2017. The GOP Congress agreed with that. They pretty much made their own mess on this one.
Yeah - and the Wall build ... somethings take longer than we think and require assistance from others - others who might not be that easy to work with...
Often in business - and life - we don’t get everything we reach for...
The Democrats expect us to pay for it!
