If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.
If you like your health plan, you can keep your health plan.
If you like the surgery youre about to receive, you can get the surgery youre about to receive.
Yes, thats the latest cost-cutting measure thats about to hit Obamacare recipients. In California, according to the American Spectator, theyre going to start cutting funds to hospitals that perform too many surgeries. How many is too many, of course, is whatever the nearest bureaucrat says that it is.
Covered California, the states health insurance marketplace under the Affordable Care Act, has devised what could be a powerful new way to hold hospitals accountable for the quality of their care, WBUR-FM noted approvingly.
Etc...

Look for the mortality rate to go down in CA. Years ago, when doctors went on strike, the mortality rate went down dramatically. The most dangerous place to be is in a hospital.
That is all governments know how to do: cut services.
They dont know how to improve efficiency, more to point, they dont care to.
They dont know how to improve effectiveness and they dont care to.
They are risk averse. They only care about protecting their pension, the citizen be damned.
I will vouch for your statement having worked with medical data analytics for the better part of 30 years. Despite best intentions by providers, sh*t happens when surgical case volume becomes too great.
A 3 person panel that will have two idiot clones of Van Jones, and one idiot clone of Maxine Waters. God help you if you are Caucasian.
Does that include hospitals that perform too many abortions? /s
This goes so well with the new policy that to get MediCal you dont have to pretend to be a resident any more.
And what's your idea?
The US is $20 trillion-with a T in debt, largely from providing medical services that no one is paying for. This will not continue.
Either services will be limited, or taxation will go to the sky.
Right?

What we are doing RIGHT NOW is bankrupting hospitals all over the country.
Do you seriously think that the government can pay, directly or indirectly, 70% of all hospital, physician, nursing and drug costs through borrowing and printing money?
Well, no, I don't think that, but have you noticed the price of groceries lately?
And before Obama became president, I could get a decent lunch (a sandwich and a side order like a soup or some Spanish rice) for $5.00, and now it costs basically twice that to get the same amount of food.
T-bone steak is now $10/lb on sale, which it isn't very often.
Shades of the British NHS!!!!!
On top of which since the GOP ended the federal health insurance mandate on individuals the idiots running California passed a California law requiring all California residents to have health insurance.
Poor Orcah will be so disappointed when she realizes what young non-whites uniformly think of American black people; it is practically universal, and when they come to the US they learn quickly - and this includes AFRICANS.
In my town we faced the same problem southern California encountered: countless illegals receiving “free” health care until the hospital closes.
“Hang upside down 1-2 times per day.”
I haven’t hung upside down since the last time I rolled my car.
or to provide care for the illegals...who won’t pay a cent....
How long before Michelle Obama starts teaching seminars in California on ‘dumping patients on competing Hospitals’ that she excelled at in Chicago.
