IMO, I believe he will release them at the right time. Only he know that.
I also think he will release them because he promised to fight the deep state. He has kept all his promises. On top of that, he tried to bury the hatchet and they grabbed it and keep hacking away. They crossed the line when their pit bull went after his kids.
