I believe that I was at least among the first - if not the first - on FR to claim that the Mueller SC order is unconstitutional. No crime is listed, Rosenstein's objectivity is highly questionable - and I later pointed out: Mueller has basically become the DoJ; as Mark Levin has said, Mueller's scope continues to get broader and broader until he takes over DoJ responsibilities.
Had Mueller managed to get Trump removed from office - and Hildebeest installed as el Presidente - I am sure he expected to become the AG, since he would already be acting as such.
There's no path leading to that outcome.
