Trump knows he is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the US Government.
He also knows that he cannot be charged by the government with obstruction of justice.
I understand that Rogers told Trump, AFTER THE ELECTION, that his communications were tapped. And that Trump moved his transition team out of Trump Tower the next day. So even Admiral Rogers didn’t pass the information to Trump until he viewed Hilliary as no longer having the power to do what she does.

As to the multiple topics raised in Rush's “first hour,” I will guess that you are referring to the bogus Obstruction of Justice issue.
I published the solution to that problem the same day Mueller was appointed...
Issue blanket pardons first, publicly release 100% of the unredacted evidence second.
No indictable defendants?
No obstruction of justice.
