Thanks for posting these links.

I can see why Blankenship is popular. He’s a good man that was railroaded by the Obama Administration on fake/fabricated charges because of the war on coal. He got a bad rap, railroaded and jailed like Dinesh D’Souza.

He eventually beat all the fake felony charges. He’s obviously a good man. He knows the industry better than any of the others and he understands what is needed from the federal government and importantly, he’s able to articulate all the above with seriousness and cred. Talks stats, endorsements of opponents (Morrisey endorsed by same as Manchin). One can learn from him. The others are vacuous windup political blubbery dolls.

Morrisey, Jenkins spouting buzzwords, ‘Planned Parenthood’, ‘I’m a conservative’, blah, blah, blah

Blankenship cites facts, accomplishments, personal anecdotes that connect with voters. He says things they know are true from a local perspective.

Jenkins lived more in DC than WVA and is laced with Swamp virus. Gives stock responses; totally predictable, low cred.

Morrisey, not so bad but just another run-of-the-mill attorney. He lacks charisma and gravitas. But he could pull it off maybe. He tries to talk coal which is the DNA of the voters and he looks a little phony, talks coal like a lawyer, not a blue collar. But he might eke through is he gets the nod. I think his nomination would lose to Manchin. He just ain’t projecting cred that blue-collar families can hang their future on.

Blankenship sees McConnell as a skunk. He’s got my cyber vote on that.

Jenkins = WVA Lindsey Graham (blech!).
Morrisey = professional politician, says what you want to hear, buzzwords, hot issues windup doll.
Blankenship = serious, just the facts, somber, trustworthy, knows his stuff.

I can see why the President wants voters to avoid Blankenship, not because he’s not a good man, but because of the democrat machine and the McConnell treachery to come. They will attempt to pull another Roy Moore sh*t storm.

Personally, I don’t mind if flawed or maligned candidates such as Moore and Blankenship have people that hate them, it’s the treachery of the swamp led by the likes of McConnell that is the real danger. I know if the President had Moore or Blankenship with him in the US Senate, Trump would be golden. As I’ve posted before, Donald Trump is known for taking a load of sh*t and turning it into gold.

If Morrisey or Jenkins get the nod, I think Manchin wins. McConnell is good at destroying non-approved GOP candidates. He’s never been good at getting Trump supporters elected.

This I believe. Anyone who they can't control or who won't come to terms with the existing crony oriented system, will be destroyed.
