Owning up to your behavior is good no matter who you offended.
It just so happens he is making a public apology for a very public offense and that is a giant step in the right direction...no matter who you offended, what you said or who you are.
Parents should teach children to to govern their tongue and think before they speak... so they won’t make themselves ridiculous and be forced to apologize for acting like an a%$
Kanye is really going through some kind of experience. It seems to be spiritual, emotional, self reflecting and very public. I respect his process and will send him some prayers.

Great that crazy Kanye supports Trump but he is still a low life racist moron who can change moods on a dime. I would not put a lot of stock in the benefits of his support and I doubt like much of the entertainment industry his support will sway one vote.
I had an hemorrhagic stroke. Pretty bad one but because of my medical condition, I knew it was more a matter of when rather than if. In a way, I was prepared, as much as one could be.
Anyhoos, for a long time, I kept on looking for answers. God must have had some sort of reason or plan for me.
I looked. Found nothing. I didn't do anything and waited. Nothing happened.
Going into my 6th year of recovery. Not hide nor hair of a plan. Okay. I'll just enjoy myself in the meantime. Other milage may vary.
