So is their championing of pre-”enlightenment” cultures even as they bash rednecks over the head for being un-”enlightened.”
Give me a break. Of the 1297 lynchings of white people, 1100 of them occurred before 1900. Of the 3,445 lynchings of black people, 1800 of them occurred after 1900. Black lynchings were not a product of the Civil War, and race was most certainly involved.
