Didn’t Cohen’s payment come out of his own (Cohen’s) personal account/funds?
If it did come out of his funds, and Cohen was - in fact - operating without letting Trump know what he was doing, and Trump is a party to the NDA with Daniels, then Cohen faces disbarment. Possibly criminal charges as well, in New York, I’m not sure.
