The F.B.I. on Monday raided the office of President Trump’s longtime personal lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, seizing records related to several topics including payments to a pornographic-film actress. Federal prosecutors in Manhattan obtained the search warrant after receiving a referral from the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, according to Mr. Cohen’s lawyer, who called the search “completely inappropriate and unnecessary.” The search does not appear to be directly related to Mr. Mueller’s investigation, but likely resulted from information he had uncovered and gave to prosecutors in New York. “Today the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York executed a series of search warrants and seized the privileged communications between my client, Michael Cohen, and his clients,” said Stephen Ryan, his lawyer. “I have been advised by federal prosecutors that the New York action is, in part, a referral by the Office of Special Counsel, Robert Mueller.” Mr. Cohen plays a role in aspects of the special counsel’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. He also recently said he paid $130,000 to a pornographic-film actress, Stephanie Clifford, who said she had an affair with Mr. Trump. Ms. Clifford is known as Stormy Daniels. Mr. Ryan said Mr. Cohen has cooperated with authorities and turned over thousands of documents to congressional investigators looking into Russian election meddling. The payments to Ms. Clifford are only one of many topics being investigated, according to a person briefed on the search. The F.B.I. also seized emails, tax documents and business records, the person said.

You guys are confusing “subject” and “target”.
I have been the “subject” of a Federal Grand Jury investigation, which started on a sunny spring day with a surprise FBI visit, and, let me tell you, remaining a “subject” so that you do not become a “target” is a complicated and expensive proposition.
Donald Trump is UNQUESTIONABLY the “subject” of the Mueller investigation. For Mueller to issue a Target Letter, he must need more than he has now.
Mueller has been begging to be fired for more than a year. I presume his GOAL is to be fired, and he must have an arrangement with Ryan (Romney) and McConnell (Bush) that impeachment and removal will follow swiftly if and when Trump pulls the trigger.

They are going to impeach anyway. This is dramatically showing that Trump is not in charge of the whole government and every day, the coup plotters are spending more and more to find or assemble whatever case they want and persecute those who work for the President. Trump has to pick his poison. All courses are bad, but IMO, if he does nothing, they will cripple his Administration and make sure that the Uniparty is never challenged again. A raid that seized all of Mueller's and his team's records would, at least, give Trump a chance to expose the treasonous conspiracy.

It’s tough to say who, then or now, would be a good enough AG. Most of the legal types with enough requisite “experience” are strongly implicated in the Uniparty and Deep State b.s.
POTUS Trump needs to comb the Federalist Society membership, maybe including the types who are mentioned as possible Supreme Court nominees. There has got to be someone a lot more suitable than Sessions or Rosenweasel, if it’s not already too late.
