You must’ve ran across a poorly-managed one, judging all of them is a mistake. Like any chain, some are great and some suck. There’s a local one that I always go to after hiking. It’s immaculately clean and very well run, their food is great. For some reason, after a desert hike, I gotta have protein NOW. I always get the large beef’n’cheddar—and I order TWO.

Though failed to do so that particular day, BnC is normally my ‘go to’ as well. Remember gobbling those up years ago. Only once was hungry enough to eat two. Every other time it’s been one and one only. The sliced beef and fries was ordered the last time. Fries were cold, beef was blah, even with Arby’s Sauce. Didn’t ask for Horseysauce; perhaps if it had been used the sandwich would have been better tasting. The poor service began at the window while ordering. The Young man was a jabberwocky who would NOT stay quite long enough to take the order properly. Yapping constantly, understanding little. Wil be returning to an Arby’s at some point - but not during rush hour and certainly not to that particular location
