Bill Clinton - what a president does consensually in the tax payer paid for Oval Office on his own time is his business, between he and his wife and not the public’s business so no reason to impeach.
Donald Trump - what a private citizen does consensually in a public hotel on his own time and not between he and his wife is our and the government’s business and therefore an impeachable offense

The fact she took only $130K shows she had no real evidence and Trumps lawyers gave her that much just to shut up for awhile. She still could have made waves during the rest of the election run-up and it would have taken much longer to bring out the fact she had nothing than the time left before election day.
She was just another piece of feces being throw against the wall, by the Dems, to see if it would stick but it didn't. They are now digging at the bottom of the barrel trying to defame President Trump so she is getting some more of the limelight. They are probably promising her a lot of money but they will just use her again and toss her aside when it blows up in their faces.
