As high school students staged a national walkout, gun control advocates have called for laws raising the age for gun purchases to 21, but one report shows this would have little if any impact.
The Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC) released a new report looking into the age distribution of mass public shooters in America, with a particular emphasis on whether raising the age of those purchasing guns would have made any difference in recent mass shootings.

How many of those under 21 still live at home where the parents have guns?
The social engineers have already banned guns in schools. That worked well didn't it?
With the left again taking aim at the Second Amendment, the two short videos at the links will make crystal clear WHY the Founders inserted it so prominently in the Bill of Rights.
The video - probably a 4th generation burn of a DVD - though sketchy, is viewable. But IT’S THE AUDIO THAT’S IMPORTANT and makes this one another candidate for a background listen while doing computer housekeeping.
It’s also a fun one to send to any leftist anti-gunners in your orbit. While it almost certainly won’t cause them to change course, it contains HISTORICALLY VERIFIABLE FACTS that will make them go berserk and possibly even burst into flames. Facts nearly always have that effect on them. So fire up a leftist/statist (but I repeat myself) and share it!
If the fact filled first video fails to move them, the second, by Dr. Hupp, MAY move even the most critical thought challenged leftist at that all important EMOTIONAL & “FEELINGS” level for which they are so well known.

Gee...think of the tens of millions of under-21 gun owners who DID NOT shoot up schools and other public events.
Hmmmmmm.....maybe they should take the freaks away from their guns.
Lock em up!
Oh, I’m sure it will have an effect on those 18-21 years old who need a gun but cannot get one.
and Im thinking of the young 14+ years of age boys out in rural America, many living on farms, who have rifles for hunting and plinking. Boys taught by their fathers to safely use them, many of whom grow and join the Army or Marines and transfer their shooting skills to more sophisticated fire arms so as to protect this great nation. This age limit for rifle ownership is nonsense..
Besides I dont understand where the federal government has any jurisdiction in these matters.
The paradox is this. 17 years can join the various military services and are issued rifles and trained in other weapons. So!! What makes civilian 17year olds any different?
Every one of my son’s friends owned firearms before they turned 12. Most of them had AR’s before they could drive. I don’t see how changing the law would change the behavior of parents who teach em young to have respect and handle guns safely. I miss the days we had rifles and shotguns in the back window and small bore rifle teams in the basement of the school.
And if kids brought that up that their parents were on a high school rifle team they’d be suspended for saying the word ‘rifle’ in a classroom setting; the snowflakes would freak out.
It would disarm those under 21 and allow criminals to break into their homes and murder their spouses and babies. Wherever such laws pass, the bipartisan political/regulator class will have aided and abetted their murders.
The sooner our generations 68ers are buried, the better for Generation Identitarian.
They disarm one group at a time toward disarming everyone, and it’s working very well for them. They’ve already unconstitutionally disarmed several large portions of Americans for the rest of their lives—sane Americans who committed no felonies.
Homes without fathers is the real problem, fathers teach children how to suck it up (restraint), and then work through problems. Mothers teach children to have emotions. Emotions plus restraint open up compassion. Both parents are essential.
I don't think it is quite that bad here in this part of Idaho. We actually have some armed teachers in our schools. And I know most of the city cops here, I would stake my life on them hitting the doors running in the case of an active shooter in our school. Living here is like going back in time 50 years. Best move I ever made.
Would happen I suppose in the liberal east/Midwest and CA.
