There were real world filming locations in "Black Panther", but none of them are in Africa.
Here is a list . Of the 15 locations listed, 9 are in south Korea.

It sounds like there’s a great unmet demand that someone could fill just by changing their hotel’s name. Anyone stupid enough to do a search for Wakanda in the first place would never notice the difference.
