Sessions considering whether to fire McCabe
CNN ^ | March 14, 2018 | Pamela Brown and Laura Jarrett

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was set to officially retire on March 18, but according to a source familiar with the matter, he could be fired just days before and lose his pension after a more than two-decade career at the bureau.

The embattled official abruptly stepped down at the end of January and has been on leave since that time.

CNN has learned the FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility has recommended McCabe be fired and now the decision is up to Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

He won’t face penury. He will land some sweet corporate security gig at $500K per year, or else something comparable in the realm of “consulting” firms.

How bout when he’s tried and hanged for treason? Does he still get a pension?

Up until the moment the gallows trap is sprung. Then his spouse will get survivors benefits.

Send the SOB to prison after firing him and denying his pension. His traitor wife should not see any benefits from the pension while hubby cops his heels in jail.

And let him be just the beginning of the line of criminals to be incarcerated. It is not fair that they should skate when the rest of us would pay a penalty if we had done the same things. Equal justice under the law. What is it about that that Sessions doesn’t get?

Let’s see if Sessions has any testicles.
**************************************
I suspect he has something about the size of two peas dangling below what appears to be an acorn snug up to his skin.

I have zero confidence that the meek Sessions will do the right thing and IMMEDIATELY FIRE McCabe.

In before EEE.

Looks like they can lose pension but seems limited to certain crimes related to treason type activities.

I highly doubt that they'll be able to convict McCabe of that.

That’s not what’s happening...Sessions and the IG are trying to contain the damage for ‘our’ deep and corrupt state. McCabe and a few other peons will be thrown under the bus to protect the big fish.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

In a normal world I would agree with you.

But we are in Trump world now. And McCabe HAS NOT turned state’s evidence. Now the soon to be released IG report will cause a 2nd special prosecutor to be appointed. It would not surprise me at all if both Rosenstein and Mueller are also “fired.”

The organizational structure announced to this point is brilliant.

The IG works within the DOJ but outside or perhaps above it. There are between 250 to 450 lawyers attached to the investigation. Their effort has produced massive amounts of evidence against numerous individuals and a very large number of specific charges.

The IG can’t prosecute and apparently can’t act outside the DOJ. So a prosecutor comes in and assumes control of the whole organization of 450 lawyers nad who knows how many assistants and clerks.

The new organization can act on individuals and charges outside the DOJ. In the overall scheme of things, indictments for conspiracy within the FBI and DOJ uncovered by the IG can be prosecuted while mop up investigation of those outside the DOJ continue.

In my mind, there is a nice office building in northern Virginia acquired to house this fantastic effort secure from the prying eyes and ears within DC.

I agree with your assessment.

However, conspiracy is very difficult to prove, unless the RICO statute is used. I expect that the lot of these criminals will be assessed as being racketeers who peddled influence to gain specific political ends, and money , job security, foreign influence (Uranium One), there is no end where the special prosecutor could go, including to Hitlery and the magic negro himself.

I can hardly wait to see the appropriate heads roll.

Its not about politics now, its about the Constitution and Justice. The left is going nuts with exploding heads and all, but 63% of America is extremely pleased.

The swamp is about to be drained and the reptiles are caterwauling to an empty sky of Justice.

But his will mean the rebirth of both the Democrat and the Republican party. The leftists of the Democrat party will no longer be in control. Similarly the progressives of the Republican party will also have to fold their tents and make a hasty exit.

Life is starting to look good.

Thank you President Trump!
