It would be acceptable if they only would honor their oath to defend the US Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Woudn't need another oath to honor and support the CIC

Bad idea, IMO.

Oaths mean nothing to liars. Trump-haters would have no problem signing something like that, because they would just ignore it.

Just like they ignored any other oaths they may have taken.
