I’m not impressed with MLK, who represents federal government meddling unconstitutionally in our personal decisions including unconstitutional governmental interference in our freedom of choice (”discrimination”).
The Constitution prohibits the feds from interfering or meddling in our “civil rights” (Amendment I). The MLK movement turned the Constitution on its ear allowing the feds to do just the opposite of constitutional prohibitions: federal interference and meddling in our “civil rights”. MLK represents more unconstitutional federal acts and laws.
I guess that would make Stalin the ultimate trendsetter.
And here I thought King was a serial sexual abuser. #HimToo
Since when is being a SOLICIALIST cool?
Sorry, CNN... MLK was a REPUBLICAN
More FAKE NEWS
Being a socialist is “cool”???
That must be a whole new common-core way of spelling “stupid”
Theyre loving socialism in Venezuela!!!
They ate their pets.
They ate the animals in the zoo.
They chase any animals they see so they can kill and eat them.
Lets send our socialists to Venezuela so their people can eat them.
He was an anti capitalist communist outed by the FBI for that and “ extramarital affairs” and fraternization with known communists. This is a fair look at this fraud that changed his name from his legal name of “Michael King” He was not “Martin Luther “ anything , including the 3rd. He was a “doctor” even after he was proven guilty of plagiarizing his required dissertation at Boston University. They just let it pass because of his race. It is a sad commentary that the real heroes of our country have no days named after them . Today should be called “Political Correctness” day. http://kingencyclopedia.stanford.edu/encyclopedia/encyclopedia/enc_communism/
Every one who cares at all about MLK seems to be able to make of him whatever they want to see in him.
He was intensely intelligent and highly driven. In his day-to-day living, he may have said one thing or another, some of them seeming to contradict.
But at his core, he was first a preacher, and a very good one, an evangelical; second, he was a man for his times, which were times of segregation, unwarranted, immoral, hateful segregation. He did what needed doing, and he died for that.
Flawed? Yes. Someone cast the first stone.
He was a great man who would be appalled at what his memory has become, as embodied by the likes of Jackson, Sharpton and Waters.
That may be the same thing now, but in those days the big difference was the connection with the USSR.
Theres nothing cooler than a political system responsible for the deaths of millions.
MLK was well-know as a womanizer/ Were he alive today, it is likely he would have been accused by multiple women of ‘inappropriate touching’ or worse. He would quickly not be cool ...
Shows CNN is advocating Socialism.
