I don’t hate Sessions at all, he was one of my top 3 Senators for many years. And I still hold out hope that he will somehow make up for what Trump has called his betrayal, for Sessions taking the AG job but then immediately recusing himself.

The actual problem I have is with the Sessions supporters, who drone on that we should be patient, when many of the crimes he needs to be investigating are approaching the statute of limitations, if not already past now since he took office.

And based on my many interactions with the Sessions die hards, it’s become clear that many of them, if not most, don’t really even like Trump that much. They like Sessions, when it comes down to it, and they actually have to choose between the two. This of course explains their commitment to Sessions, despite the President’s disparaging remarks, and all evidence pointing to Sessions actually standing up to the President instead of doing what the President actually asked.

“At least Admiral Boorda had the decency to commit suicide”

Over a “V” on a bronze star? Hard to believe.

This very long article by Roger Stone on Daily Caller is probably the most complete information we have regarding your question to date:

http://dailycaller.com/2017/12/20/the-uranium-one-treason-why-robert-mueller-must-be-removed-and-his-partisan-hit-squad-dismantled/

The principles in the parent article for this thread are mentioned, to the extent that Mueller appears to have tried to cover up the charges announced today. Will these charges lead to more? Who knows. Maybe the charges are designed to put the squeeze to the American(s) who were profiting from the transfer. But since it appears that Mueller was trying to cover it all up, originally, the forces who wanted to cover it all up are likely still in power, at least to some degree.

Surely the first domino-I think. Here’s a link to DOJ info:

https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/former-president-maryland-based-transportation-company-indicted-11-counts-related-foreign

From DOJ Press Release:

“Former President of Maryland-Based Transportation Company Indicted on 11 Counts Related to Foreign Bribery, Fraud and Money Laundering Scheme”

An indictment against a former co-president of a Maryland-based transportation company that provides services for the transportation of nuclear materials to customers in the United States and abroad, was unsealed today for his alleged role in a scheme that involved the bribery of an official at a subsidiary of Russia’s State Atomic Energy Corporation.

Here the perp is shipping uranium TO the United States. He’s in trouble. With Uranium One they were shipping it to Russia, and Hill, O, and a bunch of other rascals are so far free as birds. What’s wrong with this picture?
