The "feelings" of the voters are all that matters. If they didn't trust Roy Moore to do the job, then he obviously botched the campaign.
If we’re talking about unbelievers, feelings are all that matters.
If we’re talking about professing Christians, feelings don’t matter at all. Only loving the things God loves and hating what He hates matters, to Christians.
And that’s the problem. We’ve got people who put their own feelings before anything to do with God. What I’m saying is they need to examine their hearts, because they are not what they claim to be.
And if they truly care about draining the swamp, or of protecting life - be they Christians or not - then they are fools to let their feelings persuade them to do the EXACT OPPOSITE of what is needed for those goals.
It’s disappointing - and sick - that so many allowed their feelings to be manipulated by the likes of Gloria Allred and the deep-state-media cabal. When politics is all about serving the feelings of the squishes, it has nothing to do with truth, life, justice, or any of the moral constants that are truly beyond emotional manipulation.
Do we really want to choose our governance based on which prostitute gives us the greatest emotional massage? You’re saying if Roy Moore didn’t emotionally massage the Trump voters well enough then he botched things. I’m saying that philosophy, right there, IS WHAT STINKS in America and is HOW WE GOT WHERE WE ARE. You are giving the “conventional political wisdom” and I’m saying it is thinly-veiled prostitution and should have NOTHING to do with how Christians make their decisions.
