👹. I've been in one for 6 weeks and with any luck, I can shed it this coming Wednesday. Posterior decompression via lamenectomy C-3/C-7 with fusion of C-3 through C-7. Woo hoo. Minimal improvement so far. At least I survived the surgery.

Oh so sorry about that. Get better soon. I have an issue at times, with my C7 too. Hasn’t bothered me in a while, but when I had the MRI they said normal degeneration with age. Great! Also around the bottom of the spine too. Sucks to get old but beats the alternative! Hope you have a Merry Christmas despite the physical woes!
