What did the feds do with the extra almost trillion dollars a year they had to spend by just rolling over the previous years spending via base line budgeting? This included the “stimulus” which is how we doubled the national debt in 8 years. Where are all the roads, bridges, hospitals etc or was it just thousands of Solyndras every year? 900 billion is a lot of money. But,hey, Congress didn’t have any budgeting battles. /s
