How do you copy twitter stuff? It’s such a pain to format it by copy/paste so it doesn’t all run together.

I’m on an Apple so:

1. I put the twitter text I like on my screen
2. I push shift/command/ and the 4 key all at the same time, three keys; that copies the screen image into the clipboard of my computer locally
3. I go to tinypic.com for free image upload, steer the file path to my new image computer file (your mileage will be different than mine)
4. I upload the image to tinypic
5. Tinypic assigns a URL to that image in about 7 seconds - I paste this to clipboard
6. I reply in FreeRepublic, then type < img src=”” > and I past the image URL between the quotes
7. I press “post” my reply (which is the image)

SUPER WORDY and awkward at first but after about 5 times your hands fly through it on their own.

It's better to just link the Twitter thread.

The entire thread is contained here. Make sure you scroll to the top - this twitter thread has 20 tweets.

You might need to be a Twitter user to see the link above. Not sure. There is a lot of great information on Twitter. Like anything else, need to know to separate the wheat from the chaff.
