I watched a lot of that, he came off as very condescending early on, really like a jerk. Somebody musta told him to back off. Later he was a little more polite.

Same here. Since the OJ trial, Dersh's pet issue has been free speech on campus. He struggled against the trend toward "safe spaces" and the ridiculously polarized political environment that has become so familiar on college campuses today. Alas, one man can only do so much.
