Good grief. Talk about grasping at straws. At the end of the piece, they conclude that President Trump can't be trusted to deal with foreign policy, climate change, or national tax policy....
.....because he's fond of junk food.

Another “too stupid for comment” article.

What does his food choice have to do with anything? At least he is not telling others what to eat a la Michelle O.

Is James Hamblin an effete, urban poofter?

This is beyond grasping at straws. Its digging into the mud with your fingernails.
Politics is a scam and were suckers for playing.

Uhhhhh, yyyeahhh, I don't think Micky D's has chocolate malteds.
I wish they did. I'd eat their morning, noon and night.
Wait. I pretty much already do. I guess I'd have to go there for between-meal snacks.

Obama smoked (despite claims to the contrary about him quitting) and drank alcohol. I guess that made him a saint in the writer’s eyes.

To: Simon Green
Make no mistake. They love the fact that the president supposedly gorges on junk food. It's what they hope will get him eventually.

"a dinner order consisting of two Big Macs, two Fillet-O-Fish, and a chocolate malted."
I wonder how true this could be. That's a LOT of food for one sitting, and Trump's not THAT big.

Man is 71 years old and has more energy than the entire Bush and Clinton families combined.
To paraphrase Abraham Lincoln with regard to then General Ulysses Grant, I would say find out what he eats and send him more of it!

But when Bill Clinton did it - it proved he was a man of the people.

For myself, I find that McDonalds Crispy Chicken sandwich is pretty darn good. It’s my go-to meal after finishing a long hike in the mountains.
