Sessions considering second special counsel to investigate Republican concerns, letter shows
The Washington Post ^ | November 13, 2017 at 9:22 PM | Matt Zapotosky

'Attorney General Jeff Sessions is entertaining the idea of appointing a second special counsel to investigate a host of Republican concerns — including alleged wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation and the controversial sale of a uranium company to Russia — and has directed senior federal prosecutors to explore at least some of the matters and report back to him and his top deputy, according to a letter obtained by The Washington Post. The revelation came in a response by the Justice Department to an inquiry from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), who in July and again in September called for Sessions to appoint a second special counsel to investigate concerns he had related to the 2016 election and its aftermath.'

When Trump wins America wins. If you hate that, you are the problem.

When is corruption merely a “Republican concern”? Shouldn’t it be everyone’s concern?

The glacial pace tells me he has no interest.

Who wants to look into Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, Lynch and other Washington swampies?

It’ll be relegated to a very slow track until Dems populate every position and every important office, where they can announce, nothing to see here, nothing to see here.

Dems already populate every important position in the fed govt. 96% of the swamp voted for Hillary. Are people having a hard time understanding that stat? It’s called total corruption & those 96% are #resisting Trump. They will not recognize his legitimacy as the lawfully elected President of the United States. Let that sink in. That includes both parties, courts & media.

Sessions’ mission is to cover for the swamp. It’s why we have Rosenstein as defacto AG and Mueller running a special counsel coup against Trump.

Concerns over Democrat corruption must be presented as partisan witch hunts while Democrat shocking election loss excuses must be investigated as Matters of Universal Moral Duty for all Good Government Patriots.

All fake news all the time from the Compost.

I'll believe it when there are actual INDICTMENTS followed by PROSECUTION.

Until then I'm expecting the usual Kabuki theater crap from Sessions.

If the Attorney General cannot be trusted to investigate “Russia”, to investigate Hillary, or to investigate anyone or anything else, we have the wrong Attorney General. Sessions should not have chosen his first special counsel, and it would be nice if he were enough of a man that he didn’t need a second one.

The outcome will be an investigation of Judge Moore.

Something the GOPee can really get behind.

The disgusting assault on AG Sessions now has to be taken in context. Taken in context of Roy Moore now being under assault by GOP traitors who are not prepared to give up their agenda, let’s realize what it is. Alabama is the primary state for upholding the Constitution and traditional States Rights, conservative US traditions, laws and history. Do you really think AG Sessions or Roy Moore would be replaced with anyone who Mitch McConnell and Romney (etc) didn’t own? Really??
