Average has Murphy up 14.4%
We are screwed.

What were the fake Real Clear averages against Trump last November?
Jack?
"...Should have run Jack..."
New Jersey just sleep walks into these elections unless some Republican really grabs the spotlight from the left-wing media. They happily elected Lautenberg again and again even though he was a nasty person who never accomplished anything.
Um, unless you live in NJ, you aren’t screwed, but the people of NJ are. ... But then they screwed themselves.
Tonight’s result determine if I put my plans to move to Florida into motion...
Even if I have to quit my job here in NJ.
New Jersey is a weird state. They are essentially a “hard blue” democrat state, but every decade or so they get fed up with the democrat’s corruption or tax and spend policies and elect a Republican. Chris Christie was such a Republican, more an exception than the rule. Looks like they are back to electing democrats until they get screwed over enough to switch back.
The problem here in NJ is that we have been a Democrat state since Christ was a corporal. And Guadagno has had to run in the shadow of Christie who is nothing more than a fat-ass. Lou Costello look-a-like f’ing RINO. I had to hold my nose and vote Republican but I’m afraid Murphy is going to win.
“...even though he was a nasty person who never accomplished anything.”
That aptly describes a long list of RINOs as well.

The problem in NJ is that the southern and northwest parts of the State are outvoted by the teeming cities of Newark, Jersey City, Elizabeth, etc. in the Northeast part of the State whose citizens could not care less what taxes the rest of you pay, since they are paying something close to nothing and getting a lot in return. I wish the six conservative southern counties (Cape May, Ocean, Monmouth, Salem, Gloucester and Burlington) plus the NW Hunterdon, Warren, Sussex and Morris Counties could secede and join Pennsylvania.
It’s raining here now (NJ). Doesn’t that usually mean low Democrap turnout?
Deduction of state property and school taxes from your federal return is just a convoluted way to get taxpayers from other states to subsidize the ludicrous amounts. It is a perverse incentive to state legislators.
Excuse me, but why in the hell would we want to be part of Pennsylvania? That’s also a democrap state for the most part!
I can’t quite figure you out. You are ether a drama queen, or a welfare queen. Ether way, your whining because the rest of America my not subsidies your high state taxes is getting old.
Taxes are lower than in NJ and they voted for Trump; they’ve got Phila. and Pittsburgh but they are not as dominant in state politics as the far left counties in Northeast NJ.
I’m hoping VA will elect a Republican...
The pattern is to elect a Democrat and after one horrible term, toss him. Then elect a RINO and they get two ineffective terms. Then back to the democrats for one term, rinse/repeat.
Going back to the 80s: Kaine (R, two terms), followed by Florio (D, one term) followed by Whitman (R, two terms), followed by McGreevey (D, less than one term), followed by Christie (R, two terms) followed by this leftist, hopefully for just one term.
