While I know the reference to the Enquirer was said for effect, the Enquirer has done some real digging in the past. A more accurate statement would be

"I want to know whether the nation's premier law enforcement agency relied on a document that looks like CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC or NBC prepared it,"
