You have information that he is, or is not, a US citizen?

He is a LAPR "Lawfully Admitted for Permanent Residency admitted under the visa lottery program. He is a lawful immigrant.

He is also out of his legal status because he is in jail.

He is probably entitled to a regular trial given his legal status. However if convicted he can be striped of his legal status and its protections and be ordered removed from the US. All the way to Gitmo.

I would rather see him in a super max. Much harsher than the resort on Cuba.

It’s easy to make the case he got his legal status fraudulently and strip it.

Then ship to Gitmo for fun and games.
