I guess we don’t have all that many FREEPERS in NYC?I've lived all but one year of my 60 in NYC. Went to a community college a couple blocks from the incident (Borough of Manhattan Community College).
Just heard on the radio, via press conference: 8 dead, at least 12 injured. Perp 29 years old. No name released yet.

A couple of blocks? Look at the photos. The truck ended up near the pedestrian overpass right next to Manhattan Community College!
