Utter nonsense. Graham couldn't possibly be this naive. What we see today is the abuse of the legal system as a means of persecuting one's political opponents. It's the criminalization of political disagreement. We have plenty to fear.

We never ever see the Democrats acting like this do we. Can you imagine a Democrat saying that about Obama when he was in office? “If Obama fires so and so there will be holy hell to pay”. That’s the one thing I admire about the democrats, even though they are nuts at least they prevent Republican operatives from invading their party unlike Republicans who got Democrat operatives every 2 feet. Graham, Ryan, McCain, McConnell, Romney, all those guys are Democrats and the party puts up with this crap.
