Just heard the Judge on Fox Business say the indictment covers a time period thru the fall of 2016, after he was no longer leading the President’s campaign, so there might be enough for those anti-Trump people to jaw about, for weeks, months, years ...

If Manafort was filing false documents about his dealings as a foreign lobbyist, then the Trump campaign actually comes off as a victim here. In fact, it gives them a whole lot of plausible deniability about him.

So Trump, even he stays as POTUS, may always have to watch his back due to “Special Investigations” for the remainder of his Presidency..?
