Mayor de Blasio astonishingly said Sunday that New Yorkers don’t care whether City Hall is corrupt.
“There are much more important issues than what these guys [reporters] are raising,” the mayor claimed amid bombshell allegations in court last week that pay-to-play was alive, well — and rampant — at City Hall.
Hizzoner insisted that the topic is far from “interesting conversation.

I’ll bet he did. Apparently all Democrats feel the same. Unless of course a Republican does it. Then they must get to the bottom of this travesty against the American people.
To be fair, New York City is populated by Democrats, so they probably don't care if their city government is corrupt.

The NY DA, Cyrus Vance, Jr., is as crooked as, or more crooked than, DeBlasio. He was given a tape of a woman who was willing to be wired to catch Harvey Weinstein, HARD EVIDENCE (so to speak), and the DA refused to charge Weinstein because of ‘who he is,’ and his support of Democrats across the country. The DA’s daddy was on Jimmy Carter’s cabinet.

why are communist political leaders so corrupt, as well as those around them? Coleman Young, Mayor of Detroit, Communist and crook. His two City Council leaders, Henderson and Mahaffey were hardcore reds.
NYC Council leader Mary, Mya, something or other is a red.
DC’s late Mayor and Coke Addict/Crook for Life, Marion Barry played with the local communists/Marxists and the jails have been filling up with his people and successors ever since. Ivanhoe Donaldson, etc.
Baltimore-Marxist O’Malley was once its mayor. Then went on to wreck the state as a Marxist Governor. Dixon’s in jail. Mosby might be going down.

I think NYC elects total leftist jerks like Dinkins and the current mayor, Warren Wilhelm Jr., to prove to the world that they are so tough that they can endure any disaster.
So true; the pool of people that vote in NYC and those that work there have some overlap, but the rest are worlds apart. For example, many NYC voters don’t even work.
Yes, AMerIca does need a good cleansing of the Communist bastards that have buried their claws into government destroying us from within.
Now that McCain has seen the fire at the end of the tunnel he for one is pulling out all stops to show us just how much he was turned in Vietnam by the Commies during his stay at the Hilton. Vote after vote on committees and on the floor proves he is about as unAMerIcan as they come and is doing everything he can for the Red party before he dies.
The only thing we can hope for is that they do NOT bury him with honors in Arlington National cemetery and give him a HANO (High Altitude Never Open) drop over Russia, the Mother Land when he meets the devil.
