Incvia MSN ^ | 10/29/2017 | Erik Sherman

"A business owner in New England has found that a photo op with Donald Trump in the White House has a stiff price: his reputation and many of his customers. It's easy to see how your business could take lumps over politics. It's happened to the likes of Trump's own company as well as the restaurant chain Chick-fil-A and many others. And, as Dave Ratner, owner of Dave's Soda and Pet City chain, learned, even some business love from Trump can backfire."

Unfortunately the Massholes are eating NH and ME, as well.

Chick-fil-A just opened a restaurant south of Boston. Huge parking lot. The place is packed.

The one you can see from the 405, Hawthorne area, does killer biz. But so do all of the in n outs, once they are open for the day, they are blocking streets with cars in line til they close.

Erik might want to throw out his brown bag baloney sandwiches and go to Chick-Fil-A during lunch sometime. The boy is in for a rude awakening.

In-N-Out is good, but I still think that Carl’s Jr when the Karcher family owned it was better. They didn’t have to advertise, their food was their best advertisement. In-N-Out is still owned by the Snyder family and their quality should hold up as long as that is the case.

At last check, he and his wife and four kids are living in an RV and are on food stamps since he can't find anyone to hire him.

I feel sorry for his wife and kids.

Just opened the second one in OR Friday morning here in Grants Pass. Total traffic mess with happy, smiling fans.

I guess that long line of cars in the drive-thru lane at our local Chick-Fil-A must be Leftist protesters.

What passes for reporting these days. Chick-fil-A has prospered greatly in the aftermath of being attacked by the gay lobby.

Chick-fil-A isn’t just the most popular fast-food chain in Georgia, it dominates the US

I see the source as MSN, Yahoo, CNN, etc. I know IF I read it my intelligence will be abused. This article is as I thought when I saw the “msn” nothing but a hit piece.

I guess his wife is too good to get a job? I don’t believe for a moment he could not get a truck driving job or anything to help support his family. It may not be $200,000 per year like his last job but how many Americans are making car and house payments and not making anywhere near that per year.

I’m almost 70 years old and have been working all my marriage. We don’t make a lot of money but at least we try both my husband and I. Every day you have to make an effort. I don’t feel sorry for any of them. Pick yourselves up by your bootstraps. It would be a good lesson for their four kids to know that their parents care enough for them that they are willing to do anything to support them.
